Directions:

1. Lay the little finger of your left hand along the inside of your right write crease.

2. With your little finger resting along your wrist crease measure your fingers (with your fingers resting side by side) up the inside of your forearm on the outside of your lower leg.

3. Place the acupressure disc at this location on the inside of your forearm.

4. Wear for 8 hours.

Drink plenty of water, a balanced diet, and light exercise will help get optimum results. If skin irritation occurs, wait until the irritation has cleared before applying another acupressure disc.
