ANRC Essentials Plus contains over 30 important nutrients, including:

• Many vitamins and minerals at doses determined to be optimal based on research studies, in highly-bioavailable forms for optimal absorption
• Special ingredients for individuals with ASD
  • Methyltetrahydrofolate (MTHF as L-5-Methylfolate calcium salt) – one of the most bioavailable forms of folate
  • Strong antioxidant, glutathione, and mitochondrial support
  • Excellent source of sulfate, which is usually low in ASD
  • L-Carnitine to help support energy for the body and the brain
  • Mixed carotenoids (the precursor for making vitamin A)

Begin at a low dosage and gradually increase to the dosage listed below over 4 weeks. You can use a lower dosage if preferred. See dosage guide link above for more details.
– 30 pounds: 1 capsule, 3x a day.
– 60 pounds: 2 capsules, 3x a day.
– 90 pounds: 3 capsules, 3x a day.
– Adults: 4 capsules, 3x a day.
